Position Summary:
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate II with forklift experience to join our dynamic team. This role involves a variety of warehouse tasks including picking, packing, material handling, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, cherry pickers, dollies) to move inventory.
- Load and unload trucks; palletize and stage orders.
- Sort and store materials according to company procedures.
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments.
- Use digital scanners for inventory tracking.
- Follow daily schedules and meet deadlines.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
- Pick and pack customer orders.
- Flexibly support other warehouse roles as required.
- Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Follow written and verbal instructions.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of forklift operation experience.
- 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Familiarity with inventory systems and WMS applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and repetitive movements.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing.
- Occasional loud noise levels
