Pallet Builder

Full-Time | Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred

Our client is looking for a reliable, hardworking Pallet Builder to join their team. This is a hands-on, fast‑paced, and highly physical role ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands and staying active throughout the day. #1939ST

Responsibilities

• Load pieces of wood into the saw machine for cutting
• Pull cut wood from the turning belt and stack onto crates
• Use nail guns to assemble wood pallets
• Build custom pallets based on customer specifications
• Carry and move wood materials throughout the facility
• Pull wood from shelves and organize materials as needed
• Assist with unloading trucks and general warehouse tasks

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a very physical, labor‑intensive environment
• Must have steel‑toed boots
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6 AM-2:40 PM

Pay: $22.00/hr.
